~Angela: I contacted square trade because a DVD player I purchased * months ago died. After researching the company I discovered they were no longer in business. Square trade reimbursed me for the full amount that I paid for the DVD. Great customer service!

~Angela: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Angela: For that I would say four out of five.
