~PO'D: Utterly terrible service. SquareTrade is staffed by a bunch of incompetent liars.**If they tell you a supervisor will call you back don't hold your breath.**If they tell you the checks in the mail it isn't.**I've been getting jacked around for * weeks trying to get a refund check for a cancelled plan. **Stay far far away from this scam outfit.

~PO'D: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PO'D: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SquareTrade's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PO'D: For that I would say two out of five.
