GetHuman-49351: Very helpful. Giving me some numbers and letting me know if the company whose device i bought from since it was still under manufacturers warranty were not cooperative to call back and they would take care of it.

GetHuman-49351: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-49351: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SquareTrade's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
