~Heather58103: Pretty good overall. This is first warranty claim I filed with them, and it was easier than I expected. I did panic a bit when I got an email saying the receipt I provided did not have the needed information, but the rep who called me back got it sorted out. The computer did not read my receipt and it was coming up blank. It took a little bit because of that glitch, but after that the money was in my Paypal account immediately. Reps were nice. All the reps had accents, some pretty strong and a little hard to understand. I am glad I got the warranty because my computer is fixed, and I didn't have to pay for it.

~Heather58103: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Heather58103: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SquareTrade's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Heather58103: For that I would say three out of five.

~Heather58103: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for SquareTrade to know who you are.
