GetHuman-371572: Squaretrade gave me all necessary information to remedy my HP Printer **** problem by giving me phone number to contact HP. Squaretrade resolved the issue because HP Support did not follow through on their promises to rectify my printer problem, and to add more stress, HP sent a broken reconditioned printer which I sent back to HP. I called Squaretrade and told them what had occurred and true to form, Squaretrade sent me a FedEx mailing label to sent printer to your place of busines and issiued a refund instantly! I am so happy to have purchased a waranty with Squaretrade it is the best thing anyone who make purchases and have options to get Squaretrade should do so!
