~PJPJ: I had a gentleman by the name of Cyrus handle my claim and he assured me no worries my problem would be taken care of. I felt as though he was a very personable individual and was even concerned with how I was doing as he took the time to ask. I explained to him that I have * heart stents and he seemed so compassionate about my medical situation. Cyrus put me on hold for a few minutes and then came back and told me my item was covered and he would be sending me a prepaid shipping label and I could expect my check in *-** days. The whole procedure was extremely painless and I will recommend Square Trade to all my friends and family.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting SquareTrade. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a SquareTrade problem?
~PJPJ: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~PJPJ: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about SquareTrade's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~PJPJ: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other SquareTrade customers?
~PJPJ: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for SquareTrade to know who you are.
