GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's SquareTrade customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Galaxy S4 Review: Horrible experience. Called and was told if my phone is mailed in, repair would happen on the next day and mail the phone out a day after it. *. Mailed phone on thursday morning*. Monday still have no email from Squaretrade confirming receipt.*. I called on Tuesday and was told phone just received Monday. FedEx tracking showed phone was received on Friday morning. Then Squaretrade said parts are ordered in. So even they promised a next day repair, due to my "special" circumstance, parts have to be ordered. Phone will be repaired by Friday.*. Wednesday received email said phone can't be fixed and I will be refund.*. Then on thursdday when I called to confirm the mailing address, I was told system made a mistake and i will be refund a less amount.*. Now is Saturday and I still have nothing back.*Terrible experience!
