~norahs: I've gotten the Sunday paper for almost a year. Not ONE bill has been correct. I call and they "fix" it, yet the next month it is effed up again. Not only that, they promised me (as a handicapped customer) that the paper would be delivered to my porch. All they had to do was put it on the order form. Wrong. It is the carriers decision where he wants to throw the paper. Mine chooses to put it in the gutter. I do not understand why the billing issues cannot be fixed. I guess as no one but me cares, it will go on until I cancel. And that is probably after the current billing cycle. I can't take it any more. A huge shout out to my mailman ... HE brings the paper to the door for me. The man is a treasure.
