~Veej: The person who answered was supposed to send me to claims for 'additional questions' when I had already spent a ridiculous amount of time answering questions already. Turns out she transferred me to some survey, and I never did get the number I was supposed to be sent to.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting State Farm. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a State Farm problem?
~Veej: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Veej: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about State Farm's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Veej: For that I would say four out of five.
