~catlady: Why is the quote*add a vehicle department closed on Saturdays and you can't do this online at all? Serious issue for me. Also, my hold times combined have been over **min on an hour and a half call. I want to add my new car to my policy, is it that hard to do so and know how much it cost that I can't online*on the phone on a Saturday*Sun morning? I'm very frustrated as a new customer and this being my second experience as a State Farm policy holder. The first person I spoke to was top notch *** star the others were *-***
