~zoezips: Woman was very nice, but could not help very much because the agent I had with State Farm did not update any of my information upon moving! So she was very limited in what she could do, but very polite.

~zoezips: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~zoezips: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.

~zoezips: For that I would say four out of five.
