~robertreed2012: You guys need to talk to your customers communication with your customers should be important. I've lost my steam account both password and authentication code.and phone support for that situation is vital now I waisted $**.** on two pc games at Wal-Mart. Please communicate through phone because this is ridiculous.and poor service company ever.you do alright with billing but when you lose your both your password and have no way of getting into your steam account app on the phone app.and can't ever resolve it through phone then it's the company's issue not your customers.think about it.
