~Old Scout: After ** minutes there was no answer. So, I hung up since I was calling from my company issued phone and it was going to cost me money. This was after trying to even get in a que after trying to call them for * days. You get what you pay for. I think I'll try a real cell phone company and write this off as a learning experience.
