~Anon: Dear unhelpful straight talk,**Since you do not have any comprehension skills in the English language, I had to call (a fourth time) to your customer service line, and only then, someone was finally able to admit that the problem was on your end.*You, in customer service, have not done your job.*You did not solve my problem, nor did you even relate to my email and what I said in it.*If I were your boss, you'd be fired for incompetency.*I understand that sometimes a "glitch" in the system would result the in erroneous deactivation of high speed data, but the issue was that it took several attempts at contacting your "customer service" to have the issue resolved.*This should have been a ONE TIME CONTACT, with someone understanding the issue in the first place.*You should be ashamed to work at your job, if you can't understand the issue.**I will explain it ONE MORE TIME:*I received a text from Straight Talk indicating I was "OVER THE LIMIT" for high speed data.*I then sent a text to *****
