~sambo: I bought the lg optimus smart phone and I have had troubles from the get go! When the battery dies and you turn it back on, you can send text messages and not receive them. I lost * jobs because of this and when I call the customer service to explain what happen they just give you the same Bull$*!t run around in some foreign language you can not understand! I also have a problem with the screen going black during a phone call and not coming back on. In short this phone is garbage and the customer service is a pile of ****! This company is scam and they have no sympathy for there customers. I am taking them to court for loss of wages and breaking a contract. Stay away from this plan!

~sambo: For that I would say five out of five.
