~Insulted: I didn't have to wait long. However, all I wanted to do was update my bank account information which should have been easy. I was insulted by the first security question asking me my father's middle name. Apparently I failed that which I find terribly insulting. Like I don't know that! Who comes up with these? It was like insinuating that I am a *******! The bottom line is that I was trying to get ready for work and the person I spoke with could not get my street name right after I spelled it three times. I had to hang up after that. The call left me very frustrated, and I still don't know if they changed my bank account information or not. I do not think I will call this number again.

~Insulted: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Insulted: For that I would say five out of five.
