~Boobookitty: I ******* hate straight talk with a passion!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE!! I spent my hard working money on * gigs of high speed data and they throttled me at *.* for two months straight and they said it was nothing they could do about. I would have to purchase another phone card. I'm begging you all to please check you data usage daily they will get over on you!!! If straight talk was a person I would whoop their dumb evil asses! I'm never going back to them. They can't speak English and they don't support customers. They work against customer I hate them so much. ! IF they can't answer a question they will hang up call back and act like the signal was lost just to hang right back up!!!! I CRIED ONE DAY BECAUSE THEY PISSED ME OFF THAT MUCH SO **** EM !

~Boobookitty: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Boobookitty: For that I would say three out of five.

~Boobookitty: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
