~Ms.816: I love straight service and I've never had a problem but I've never had to deal with customer service until recently. I had an issue with my phone and I talked to several different representatives because as soon as I get one I'll be on the phone with them for bout ** minutes and all they kept saying was can you hold for *** minutes while I look.something up.(went through that for at least ** min). Then I'm going to.transfer to another department that can better assist you.(went through the same process with person ** n stayed on the phone just as long then got disconnected. So I had to call back again n again again. I talked with at least ** people and the same thing kept happening. I finally got someone later on that night who told me my phone was defective and to send it back. He emailed me some instructions on how to send my phone back. Instructions said send phone,battery,and chargers. I did that. When I received the refurbish phone that they sent it came with everything better ba

~Ms.816: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Ms.816: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Ms.816: For that I would say one out of five.

~Ms.816: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
