GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Straight Talk customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Gus Rhinehart: It's hard to evaluate a service I am paying for but have yet to receive. So far the third world customer service of StraightTalk has deactivated my Sprint Phone, failed to transfer my old number to the new phone, activated my new phone to a new number in error, and then deactivated it while trying to fix it. Now on day five of these clowns lying to me and transferring me to their equally confused buddies. Now I might be waiting on a new SIM card, or not, depending on whether the latest clueless wonder understood my problem or was just brushing me off like all the others before them. So far I'm out $** bucks for two dead phones and no service in sight.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Straight Talk. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Straight Talk problem?
~Gus Rhinehart: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Gus Rhinehart: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Gus Rhinehart: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Straight Talk customers?
~Gus Rhinehart: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
