~anonymous: Please for you're sanity STAY AWAY. When I tried to sign up, I bought both the sim card and the first month. They told me I didn't buy the first month and tried to make me pay for it again. I refused so they 'gifted' me with the first month even after I showed them RECEIPT FOR THE FIRST MONTH. Next, they gave me the wrong number. They told me it would "fix itself". Then on a business trip they shut my phone off, without warning because apparently I had a defective sim card and they were sending me a new one. NO WARNING. So to make up for the fact that I am stranded on a business trip, in which my boss has no way to contact me, I was told I would get a voucher for service until May **. March **.. and my phone shuts off and they 'can't find the notes' that say that I have free service. All the while, they are unpleasant, unintelligent, and rude. I can't stress this more. PLEASE STAY AWAY.

~anonymous: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~anonymous: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Straight Talk customers?
~anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
