~rattler79: The rep was horrible placing me on hold over * hours. I am not a customer I was calling to report charges made by an customer on my phone. The rep kept getting an error when he tried to put the charges back on my credit card but, instead of asking for help he kept placing, me on hold. When he finally gave into my demand for his supervisor, he kept me on hold for another hour and * minutes. I stayed on because unlike this, cheap excuse of a cellphone I have reliable Sprint. I am writing*calling the corp office in the US located in Miami CEO: Mr. F. J. Pullock **** NE *** Ave. Miami,FL ***** phone *-***-***-****. Maybe if he gets enough complains, he will stop outsourcing US jobs, to these foreigners who treat us like, they are better then us (and you guys who are paying customers.

~rattler79: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~rattler79: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rattler79: For that I would say two out of five.

~rattler79: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
