~sugarbranch: The wait was not bad. However, the person that I spoke to had no clue what I was asking of him. I bought, paid for and loaded up my phone with an unlimited minute ** day card On Feb. *th. Today, Feb. *th, my phone runs out of minutes. This guy made me take my battery & sim card out, wanted to factory reset my phone and wipe out all my info. and do all kinds of repairs. After I put my foot down after ** minutes of ******** around with him, he basically says. "Oh..you just needed your minutes, I credit your phone. It will be working in * hour." It was actually working in * minutes but very frustrating and I ruined my phone case trying to get it off to get the battery out.

~sugarbranch: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~sugarbranch: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~sugarbranch: For that I would say one out of five.

~sugarbranch: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
