GetHuman-259376: This started * weeks ago,all we needed to do was to transfer a number to a different Straight talk phone.The customer service rep assigned the wrong number to the new sim card which took ** days to recieve,needless to say it did'nt work.After repeated calls and talking to multiple service reps the problem was not solved .Called back today the **th of january **** and after an hour and a half the issue is "supposedly solved "and we were told the new sim card would be here Tuesday the **th of january **** which I don't belive will happen.all but one of the reps were very rude.Personaly I feel your employees are very incompitent ,have no regard for proper business practices and conduct buisness and customer service very poorly.I have had businesses my self and have never practiced or conducted busoness in they way your employees have futher if my employees acted in such manner they would have been terminated imediately with out question.The worst part of this uncalled for issue is it i
