GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Straight Talk customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~STSUX: Tried to get a phone on BYOP. after * attempts, on hold and hung up *x. I give up.*Now my old ST phone isn't active. No refund of the sim card and $** card that came with the sim card for the new phone. And they did not understand my concern over the fact: My old phone was still active*service end date of **********. They said the new phone service end date was the same **********, so the new serv ice card was only good for ** days. Did not understand I have paid twice for June. Put a fork in me I am done with Straight Talk service. Why Wal-Mart has attached their name to this brand is beyond me. They must own it or a fair share. IT IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. And the ROBOT training and script is a joke. Well for mindless robots its holy.

~STSUX: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~STSUX: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~STSUX: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Straight Talk customers?
~STSUX: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Straight Talk to know who you are.
