~iceprincess: they have the worst customer service ive ever dealt with. I prepaid my sons phone and it still didn't work, they said because his phone was inactive they had to give me a new number but couldn't tell me the new number. a day later his phone didn't work so I wanted the money back in my account and they had no idea how to do it!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~iceprincess: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Straight Talk's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~iceprincess: For that I would say three out of five.
