~Nanci S. Fanelli - Willmer: I already filled this in and all of a sudden it was gone!!! I ordered a Wing chair cover & a recliner cover. The wing chair cover was NEVER removed from the package. The recliner cover was, it was used for TWO DAYS. It kept slipping off it and so I took it off. I sent it back. I folded it as best as I could, having Multiple Sclerosis & recovering from a Critical car accidcent. I did the best I could!!! They said it looked like it had been used for a long time THAT IS BECAUSE OF THE TYPE OF CHEAP CRUMMY FABRIC THEY USE!!!! I did my absolute best, sent them a kind, informative letter explaining & THAT WAS NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THEM TO RETURN MY "Social Sec." money to me!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND I WILL DO EVERYTHING I CAN TO MAKE THIS KNOWN!!!!!
