~Martha Torres: The girl had very poor English and kept repeating herself as if I was the one not understanding. She even sounded distracted like laughing at a coworker's joke. She could not help me and the number he gave me for someone in Chicago to help me they won't even pick up. You're just supposed to leave a message but no one calls you back.
