GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-susankor: I just got off the phone with the Synchrony Bank call center in the Philippines. You will be happy to know they have absolutely no authority or knowledge to resolve any issue with your credit card. I have been dealing with them since January **** and my account is still being double billed for charges from vendors that were made * months ago. Don't try to speak with management or the legal department. They hang up on you. If this is the best Walmart can do when it comes to a company to manage their credit card accounts they can keep the card. Closed my account with Walmart. I have another Synchrony account that I will be closing as well.
