~Missy: horrid, forget the reason I was calling, I was supposedly a valued customer, ran into some financial difficulties, and was late on payments but always managed to pay well above what was required..they not only reduced my credit score. by ** points, but hey lowered my credit allowance by a whopping ** percent, on CARDS I HAVEN'T USED IN OVER ** MONTHS because they were paid off immediately after I used them, good news is, I am back on track, i am gainfully employed, I am healthy again, and I only have two cards left both totaling under **** total..I am leaving, stay away from this bank, do whatever you can to avoid them...As I waited for my call, and waited I was astonished by the comments on many different sites regarding this establishment...wow, I figure ** percent of all comments were negative...a-v-o-i-d..this bank, for your own good, because if you run into difficulties, and we all do, they do not take anything positive into consideration...your not an individual, irregardless of
