GetHuman-253597: Tried multiple calls over several hours. Music and "all of our representatives are currently busy" was all the attention I received. After ** minutes plus each time I gave up. I'm so disgusted with this lack of support I may send the unit back. I don't care much for their documentation either. I have experience so I can eventually get where I want to go but for a novice the documentation the would benefit from some real life examples of possible configurations. Plus I'm sick of buying high dollar equipment and not having a real manual included. Sorry to be so negative, just sick of poor customer support.
