~ange: Rang this number twice. First time, I got straight through. No waiting period at all and the person was very helpful in identifying the problem. Although he failed to call me back, after he had asked me to re-check my post box. **After not receiving a call back, I phoned again. A short minute wait and again I was through. The gentleman was very nice and polite and within seconds had again also identified the problem (with a little help from me) and updated my details and re-issued another new sim. **The sim arrived in * days and my problem was solved. So a big thumbs up from me.
