~Very cross Val: Phoned about a charge on my final bill, was told it was ***£**.** for using the PAC code! Was on the phone with * ladies called Jackie and Belle, the latter being a billing expert, was put on hold for * mins, she put me on hold to get authorisation for my refund and I was cut off! Phoned back, was put through to Ritha in billing for Orange, put on hold for over ** mins while she transferred me to EE, and was cut off again! What rubbish service!
