~Anon : Waited on hold first time * minutes then cut off , called back on hold again ** mins got cut off , third call nice guy told me he would keep with me so it won't happen again ( success) cancelled a contract that wasn't cancelled by t.moblle i* months ago but still had to pay monthly payment to end contract . Told by customer service that a refund would be issued later date and txt would be sent to confirm within * mins to another phone that was ** mins ago :( so looks like we are out of pocket and promised refund will not be forthcoming .
