~MAPIAS: For T-mobile Technical Support from so called corporate team is horrible. I have been trying to get my S* T-mobile to work since April to now it's ******** and it is still not working, unless you drive to look for towers. Do not buy T-mobile and get better phone VERIZON!! I started to dial tech support since *:** P.M. to now it's **:** and they still have not response! They also mailed me a use T-mobile phone to replace my new S* which was screwed up at corporate store in Hanover Maryland, it is still not working. *I am still waiting now **:** P.M. ******** , music playing and no one is answering the phone. This is a worst tech support or customer service. I will hang up now and redial and put it on auto speaker to see how long it takes for them to answer the phone. From *:** P.M. to now **:** P.M. is*horrible!! ***.***.**** New Mexico Team T-mobile Sorry Team!!

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MAPIAS: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MAPIAS: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~MAPIAS: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
