GetHuman-smithby: Have been a tmobile customer for ** years. Mailed bill (**.**) *days ago. NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT IN ** YEARS! I was shopping for a new phone and thought I would look at upgrades. I can't even VIEW UPGRADES because my **.** payment has not posted. How abolutely CHILDISH! I can't even windowshop because thwy say I'm * days late! How about posting my payment!!! If you don't want to sell me a phone ok but I can't even view them!!!!!!!!! So sad. I'm ** and feel like my mom is making me sit in the corner. Grow tMobile. Look at my ** yr payment record. Thank God for Amazon and Ebay. I won't be buying a phone from you guys. I don't mind rules and policies but this is absolutley absurd and very childish. I don't have time to keep signing on to see If I am allowed to look at pictures of phones yet. Why make life hard for customers? My wife left this year...after ** yrs. and went to Verizon. Maybe I should too. Stupid way to punish ** year loyality. Grow up. And post my payment event though I want be buying my next phone from you.

GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-smithby: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-smithby: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
GetHuman-smithby: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
