GetHuman-ashlybe: I would give no stars if I could! T-mobile is the worst service I have ever had. I never got service anywhere unless I was on Wifi. When I bought my phone and first started my plan the person pushed me to get the tablet and that wasn't going to cost me anything with the promotion…well it did every month until I called and canceled it and even then they still were charging me for things I wasn't suppose to be paying for. The last straw before I starting writing reviews for them was I now have gotten a call from a collections company for the balance on the phone that I owe…that I am paying every month and spoke with someone from t-mobile and told them I would pay every month. I never got anything in the mail saying it was going to collections…probably because I was paying it off…I don't understand them and they aren't helpful at all.

GetHuman-ashlybe: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-ashlybe: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-ashlybe: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-ashlybe: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
