~B: Phone calls were useless and I never heard back from the company after sending an email to the address given by gethuman. I walked into my local T-Mobile owned store and spoke with a sales associate. The problem was resolved in minutes and they credited my account with additional time for my inconvenience. Wish I had done this in the first place! I recommend going into a local T-modile owned store and speak to a sales rep when you have a problem. Worked for me!

~B: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~B: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~B: For that I would say three out of five.
