GetHuman-105558: Hello, **Yesterday I did an online chat to try to get my cell unlocked. I worked with Elmer. He said I would receive an email within ** hours to correct this issue. **I have yet to receive any email and am still locked out of my phone. I am in Europe and desperately need this issue fixed. I am trying to use a European SIM card called Life. I used the same thing last year while in Europe and had no issues. That is not the case this year.**Also, how can I call tmobile from Europe?
