~timt: I bought a phone from t-hostile but it had a small fault, after a month at their repair centre it came back completely broken. Off for repair again and they say they cant fix it and they are not responsible. The phone is very new, bought from them, faulty, repaired (not) by them, broken by them, but they wont do anything, and I have to take them to small claims COURT to get my money back for the faulty handset. Horrible is a high rating for them, will they report their customer service is improving from completely non-existent to horrible?

~timt: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~timt: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~timt: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~timt: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
