~Undeterred: My old number is now ported to another carrier for my new phone. So upon calling T-Mobile on my new phone (same old number), the computer intercepts and routes my call to a collection agency, so I can't even talk to a person to get information on my old account.*SOLUTION: By dialing ***-***-**** (from a Non-TMobile phone), the call goes to "Sales", which still has "no information" on T-Mobile accounts. Then upon asking to be transferred to a "Representative", and giving my password, I got all the account information I wanted--promptly and politely!--Anonymous
