GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's T-Mobile customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Undeterred: My old number is now ported to another carrier for my new phone. So upon calling T-Mobile on my new phone (same old number), the computer intercepts and routes my call to a collection agency, so I can't even talk to a person to get information on my old account.*SOLUTION: By dialing ***-***-**** (from a Non-TMobile phone), the call goes to "Sales", which still has "no information" on T-Mobile accounts. Then upon asking to be transferred to a "Representative", and giving my password, I got all the account information I wanted--promptly and politely!--Anonymous
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting T-Mobile. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a T-Mobile problem?
~Undeterred: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Undeterred: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Undeterred: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~Undeterred: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~Undeterred taken from his T-Mobile customer service problem that occurred on November 19th, 2017.
