~Tommy: My original phone was unlocked phone, after I try with prepaid T*Mobile, I'm not happy with it, I canceled, then they still locked my phone, I could not go with different carrier.*T-Mobile was cheated , people should stay away from them. Do not get in theirs trap.*I never ever go back to them in anyway. The CHEATER.

~Tommy: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Tommy: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Tommy: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~Tommy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
