GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's T-Mobile customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~JE: No cell provider understands the difference between INTERnational and INTRAnational, and the corresponding rates. They don't get it. T Mobile down to the pinpoint of landlines vs cell. So A** on that.**Falling Short here: I mentioned bringing an unlocked iPhone *c to a T Mobile store-said no problems-but if I did it through them they would waive the $**.** ACTIVATION FEE. I asked if there WAS an activation fee at the store. She said she didn't know.**That one rates an F.**But still, no other provider was able to nail the first issue.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting T-Mobile. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a T-Mobile problem?
~JE: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JE: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JE: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~JE: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
