~rockyracoon: Quoted a * min wait. Used the 'call back' service. Called back in * minutes, put on hold for *. Not too long. Salina was GREAT! I could understand her and she solved my problem quickly and efficiently. I said 'thanx' and wanted to hang up, but she wanted to ensure the problem was corrected and had me check settings and reset my phone. The only thing Sales pitch at the end. Nothing to do with her, just policy. But, I do like that they first asked if I even wanted to hear it.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting T-Mobile. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a T-Mobile problem?
~rockyracoon: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~rockyracoon: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~rockyracoon: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~rockyracoon: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
