~kasbah: T mobile customer service representatives are all liars. I returned my defected device, I was told they would credit my account, now after * months of them putting my account on hold until they received the phone, they are now charging me for the phone that they have. No CREDIT, NO RETURN OF PHONE, THEY JUST WANT MY MONEY. I HAVE HAD TERRIBLE SERVICE FOR OVER * YEAR'S. NEVER ONCE WAS I TOLD I WOULD BE CHARGED FOR THE PHONE.

~kasbah: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~kasbah: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~kasbah: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other T-Mobile customers?
~kasbah: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for T-Mobile to know who you are.
