~jewelof73: Thanks for sharing this number!*This number is to the Executive Response Department at T-Mobile Headquarters...and when the representative answered she was very willing to make sure my concern was not only heard but resolved. Not only did she give her full name but, she also provided we with her direct extension should I have any other concerns later. *Thanks again!
