GetHuman-53719: i call t mobile for a problem we have had since we got our phones * *** years ago. poor service and high rates . I have had terrible service and the idiot in puerto rico was no help . I have called and complained about how poor coverage is and all I get is excuses and no results . I am going to be so glad when my piece of **** phones are paid for so I can go back to ATT.
