GetHuman-leachdor: I bought a TCL TV in June of ** for a Christmas gift and two weeks in January the cable piece o. tj
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/30/17?
GetHuman-leachdor: The cable piece on the back of the TV came off and factory defaults and I email pictures ,and when and where it was purchase at and have not heard back from them I need help it's warranty on this **inch TV and we can't watch TV,
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting TCL. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a TCL problem?
GetHuman-leachdor: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-leachdor: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about TCL's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-leachdor: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other TCL customers?
GetHuman-leachdor: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TCL to know who you are.
