GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman-klemowit: I am listed on ChexSystems for a $** fine with TD bank from * years ago that I didn't know about. I can't open a bank account elsewhere because of it. I called them and paid it in early January and begged them to have it removed from ChexSystems. They said that they would and that it would take up to ** days. More than ** days later and I still can't open a new bank account because I am still listed. It takes over an hour to get through to TD bank and their hours are during my work hours...I don't know what to do.
