~TW: I was supposedly transferred to the Inside Sales Mngr for the Detroit, MI area, someone named Stephanie Clay at ph* ***-***-****. This woman was absolutely horrible to speak with! She was rude from the outset and had nothing to say other than all of the reasons why should COULDN'T help me. She had * solutions to my problem, nor was she willing to help get me to someone else who could possibly assist me!! She then had the audacity to place me on hold without even asking me first, and suddenly mid-sentence I'm hearing hold music in my ear! I have worked in customer service*sales myself for close to ** years and I would never dream of treating a customer in this way! I personally used to use TDS for my own home phone service years ago. I purposefully cancelled them close to * yrs ago due to their horrible customer service. I am now reminded why I left in the first place. Awful company, would NEVER recommend in a thousand years!

~TW: For that I would say one out of five.
