~Agitated Anonymous: Daly City Westlake location in California. Found an item that was marked $**.**. Upon requesting for a small discount for damaged good, sales associate said the store accidentally put the wrong price tag for the item, and that I cannot purchase the item for the as-is marked price. Absolutely disappointed because I, as the customer, should not have to pay for the store's wrongdoing*mismarked item. It is up to the store and its associates to conduct periodic maintenance of current prices of merchandise. I will never return to this TJ MAXX again, and I will warn anyone I know of this mishap because it is most definitely the store's error. Sales associate's name was Roy Kilian-Miles and Manager in charge was MJ De Guzman* Ms. De Guzman was particularly rude and not emphathetic of the situation. I demand for an explanation as every store I have visited in the past honored the marked price regardless of merchandise's supposed marked value.

~Agitated Anonymous: For that I would say three out of five.

~Agitated Anonymous: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for TJ Maxx to know who you are.
